6 reviews for Lion & Lioness Mask Set

They came out great! Turned them into headdresses for Lion King Jr. using thick cardstock. My first time doing a project like this and one took me about 2 hours, got faster the more we made.

  2. Ted Papoulas

Ihad made a simpler paper mask before, so I
decided to tackle this more complex one (actually
two – made the lion and lioness.) They came out
great and received many compliments this Halloween. I definetly recommend them for folk who enjoy making costumes.

I love it! My son was thrilled, he was an absolute sensation!
It is time consuming but totally worth it!

This masks are fab! Instructions are easy to follow. here I some things I wished I would’ve know. Printing the template on regular A4 paper and then gluing it to thicker cardboard can result in the white paper being visible or becoming unglued, especially in areas like the ears. I recommend printing directly on the thicker cardboard if possible. Taking time to do the folds correctly is crucial for an easier assembly process. Rushing through this step can lead to difficulties later on. Hot glue generally works well for gluing the parts together, but be careful not to use too much to avoid messy results. While the project may take some time, the end result is worth it. Patience is key! If available, consider finding a place to print the file directly on the cardboard. This can save time and result in a neater project overall.
