The base (small) whale size is 130 × 70 × 40 cm when printed on Letter or A4 sheets.
Upscaling is strongly recommended — the larger the model, the easier and more comfortable the assembly process becomes.

Assembly Method

Assembly is done by bending the parts without stretching.
No elasticity is required from the material.

Material Recommendations

For a standard-size whale sculpture (approx. 130 × 70 × 40 cm), use cardboard with a density of at least 300 g/m².

For larger sculptures, additional reinforcement during assembly is recommended, or the use of denser cardboard.

Gluing & Reinforcement

When working with cardboard:  Masking tape,  Aluminum (silver) tape, Hot glue 

The finished sculpture can be coated with epoxy resin.
Internal surfaces can be reinforced or filled with materials such as layers of masking tape or similar.

Finishing

Paint or coat the sculpture in any way you like — after assembly, it becomes an excellent 3D canvas for creative finishing.
